MEMORANDUM FOR BIG Chapter and Regional Council Presidents

SUBJECT: 2023 Souvenir Booklet Support
The National Organization of Blacks In Government (BIG), Inc., will host its 44th Annual National Training Institute, August 28-31, 2023, at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, Oxon Hill, MD. The theme this year is “Accept the Challenge, Exceed the Standard through Professional Development”. This training institute is comprised to educate, train, and empower attendees in critical areas for professional and personal growth.
As we prepare for training, I request your support in purchasing an advertisement for the 2023 Annual National Training Institute Souvenir Booklet. There are three contracts available for BIG members to solicit the support of chapters and regions, businesses, and government corporations. Please use these advertisement contracts throughout your local areas to aid in a successful training.
Please submit the completed contract with payment and camera-ready advertisement by June 2, 2023, to Blacks In Government, ATTN: 2023 NTI Souvenir Booklet, 3005 Georgia Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20001-3807. In addition, please email the camera advertisement to souvenir@bignet.org.
Please ensure the camera-ready advertisement corresponds to price paid and ad specifications listed below.
• Hi Res PDF – set to 300 dpi, no compression
• EPS – 300 dpi, fonts embedded;
• Illustrator CS5 or newer – fonts converted to outline, embed graphics;
• Photoshop CS5 or newer – fonts converted to outline;
• Hi Res JPG
