If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so by July 11th. This will ensure that your rooms are returned to the BIG room block and show as available for other attendees. If you need to cancel after this date, DO NOT call the hotel. Please email the NTI Deputy Chair/Room Block Manager, Melinda DeLoatch-Speight (melinda.deloatch@bignet.org) with your name, telephone number, dates and confirmation number. She will cancel your room and respond with confirmation.
This hotel has a 5-day cancellation policy. If you cancel within five days of your arrival time, you will be charged a 1-night’s stay AND if after, July 11th, BIG loses the ability to offer to another attendee at the government rate. Again, if you need to cancel, contact the NTI Deputy Chair.
The hotel charges $150 per night(5-night limit) for incidental fees. For example, if you are staying from Saturday – Friday, there will be a hold on your credit card for $750. You have the option to decline this, BUT you will not be able to charge anything to your room. This hotel is a cashless facility.
The hotel has valet parking only. You will receive a 25% discount on the rate at the time of arrival. The rate as of June 22nd is $30 daily and $45 overnight.
If you are a Marriott Bonvoy member, you will receive complimentary service, if not, the cost is $12.95 per day. To avoid the charge, become a Marriott Bonvoy member, it’s free to join.
