The Blacks In Government (BIG) 2023 Annual National Training Institute (NTI) will be held August 28- 31, 2023, at the Gaylord National Resort in National Harbor, MD.

The NTI will feature workshops, special enhancement programs, and unlimited networking opportunities. BIG workshops will include innovative approaches, cutting-edge content and engagement of training attendees from varying government levels (local, federal and state). NTI training sessions will be categorized as follows:
